Kuminga's agent floats Kings, Bulls as 2027 landing spots
Aaron Turner, agent for Jonathan Kuminga, said on FanDuel TV's 'Run It Back' that Minnesota offered his client stability but framed next summer's free agency as a stronger opportunity, naming the Kings and Bulls as teams with cap space.
Kuminga signed a two-year, $12.4 million deal with the Timberwolves that includes a player option for 2027-28, allowing him to hit the market again after one season.
Turner said Minnesota promised Kuminga a starting job at power forward and patience from coach Chris Finch, but stopped short of saying Kuminga intends to leave.
