Reese lands two-way deal in New Orleans after Nuggets waived him

Julian Reese has signed a two-way contract with New Orleans, filling the team's open two-way slot without any corresponding roster move.

He was traded from Washington to Denver in the five-team Peyton Watson deal in August, then waived by the Nuggets about a week later. Reese started 10 of 13 games for the tanking Wizards last season, averaging 11.8 points and 10.5 rebounds in 30.9 minutes.
