Melton details grinding role after finalizing his return to Golden State

De'Anthony Melton agreed to a two-year, $11 million deal to rejoin the Warriors, with a player option in the second season, according to Shams Charania's July report.

Melton posted career numbers last year after moving between sixth man, starter and playmaker roles as Golden State dealt with injuries. He told The San Francisco Chronicle's Luca Evans it was tough juggling those responsibilities but said he wants that burden again this season.
