Warriors sign and waive McMillian, Smith on Exhibit 10 deals

Golden State signed Chance McMillian and Deivon Smith to Exhibit 10 contracts on Wednesday, then waived both the same day, according to the NBA's transaction log. Both spent last season with the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State's G League affiliate.

They remain eligible for Exhibit 10 bonuses if they stick with the organization for 60 days. McMillian shot 51.4% from three in summer-league play, while Smith averaged 8.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
