Johnny O'Neil

New Orleans signed and waived Johnny O'Neil again, per Keith Smith of Spotrac, a repeat of last September's move to retain his G League rights and set up a bonus worth up to $91K.

New Orleans waived Christian Shumate and signed-and-waived Johnny O'Neil, both of whom were on Exhibit 10 deals. Both are expected to land with the Laketown Squadron for the G League season, where each played last year.
