Vanderbilt and LaRavia salaries seen as the Lakers' route to a forward

With Jonathan Kuminga signing a two-year, $13 million deal in Minnesota, the Lakers' alternatives are said to include PJ Washington, De'Andre Hunter and Bruce Brown, and any trade would mean shedding salary. Jarred Vanderbilt ($12.4 million) and Jake LaRavia ($6 million) are the obvious pieces to move.

Silver Screen and Roll's Jacob Rude expects a trade attempt rather than a signing, with Dalton Knecht and Jaden Hardy the likelier package, and a backup center a more realistic return than a fifth starter.
