RJ Luis Jr. wins court order to play at LSU
A Louisiana judge has granted RJ Luis Jr. a temporary injunction allowing him to suit up for LSU this season, according to reports. Luis went undrafted in 2025 and signed a two-way deal with Utah plus an Exhibit 10 with Boston's G League affiliate, appearing in the preseason but never a regular-season game.
His attorney Elliot Sol Abrams argued the NCAA's line between pro and college pay is arbitrary; the NCAA is expected to fight on. If it holds, the ruling could open a path for other signed pros to return to college.
