Knicks' apron math sets up a scramble for one roster spot

New York signed Bruce Brown, John Konchar, Ochai Agbaji, Drew Eubanks and James Wiseman to non-guaranteed Exhibit 9 deals. With 13 guaranteed contracts and only $3.27M below the second apron per Yossi Gozlan of CapSheets, keeping two of the five would push the Knicks over that line.

Shams Charania has reported Konchar has a strong shot at a regular roster spot, a view Ian Begley echoed after the other signings went through. Trading Pacome Dadiet or Tyler Kolek would give the team room to keep more than one of the camp invitees.
