Heat waive Hadley, Quinones; add Kelley, Madsen; cut Smith Jr

Miami waived Lester Quinones and J'Vonne Hadley, then signed and immediately waived Dennis Smith Jr., according to Anthony Chiang of The Miami Herald. The Heat also signed Gabe Madsen and Kylor Kelley, all on Exhibit 10 deals that could route them to the Sioux Falls Skyforce.

Dennis Smith Jr. has agreed to terms with the Heat, agent Daniel Hazan told Chris Haynes. Miami had been tracking the veteran guard throughout the offseason.

Dallas has signed Dennis Smith. No terms disclosed.
