Dennis Smith Jr. agrees to deal with Miami
Dennis Smith Jr. has agreed to terms with the Heat, agent Daniel Hazan told Chris Haynes. Miami had been tracking the veteran guard throughout the offseason.
No terms were disclosed, but it's likely a non-guaranteed training camp deal that wouldn't hit the cap unless Smith makes the regular season roster. The 2017 ninth overall pick has played for six teams since entering the league out of NC State.
