Four-team pitch would send McBride to Charlotte for Diabate

A hypothetical four-team trade would send Miles McBride from New York to Charlotte, with Moussa Diabate coming back to the Knicks. The proposal also routes Miles Bridges and a protected 2027 first-round pick to the Clippers, while Phoenix would land Gradey Dick and Isaiah Jackson.

Knicks insider Ian Begley reports McBride's expiring contract makes him one of the league's more valuable trade chips, whether moved in-season or in the offseason.

Begley said the Knicks and McBride's representatives have stayed in regular contact, though he expects the sides to eventually part ways rather than reach an extension.
