Wolves add Martin, Omier and Timme as camp battle heats up
Minnesota officially signed forwards KJ Martin and Norchad Omier to training camp contracts, per Paul Garcia of The Spot Up Shot. The Wolves have also agreed to terms with Drew Timme, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, who reports Martin and Timme will fight for a roster spot.
Martin, a five-year veteran who spent last season in China, is no longer eligible for a two-way deal, while Timme and Omier both remain two-way eligible. Minnesota already has 13 guaranteed standard contracts and enough cap room to carry a full 15-man roster if it chooses.
