Wizards sign Labissiere, waive Gortman; Bulls, Magic cut three

Washington signed Skal Labissiere to an Exhibit 10 deal and waived Jazian Gortman to open a roster spot, per the team. Gortman could join the Capital City Go-Go, while Labissiere has bounced between 10-day deals and the G League since his rookie contract ended.

Separately, Chicago waived Isaiah Stevens to clear space for Jordan Hawkins, and Orlando cut Mike Sharavjamts before signing and waiving Johnell Davis. Orlando Sentinel's Jason Beede reports both Sharavjamts and Davis are expected to play for the Osceola Magic to start the season.
