Washington trade buzz, extension watch and Duren recap in one column

Marc Stein reports rival teams believe Dallas could eventually move P.J. Washington given its forward depth, even though Washington says Masai Ujiri assured him he isn't being shopped.

Stein also names Brandon Miller, Anthony Black, Cason Wallace and Brandin Podziemski as the top rookie-scale extension candidates still unsigned, with Golden State reportedly hoping to finalize a Podziemski deal before the deadline.

Separately, Stein recaps Jalen Duren's five-year, $200M extension with Detroit, accepted October 1 after a summer-long standoff.
