Warriors must cut one of Terry, Niang, Bassey, Williams
Golden State is hard-capped at the second apron and can keep only three of four players fighting for its last roster spots, ESPN's Bobby Marks notes. Brandon Williams, Dalen Terry, Georges Niang and Charles Bassey are all in the mix, with Terry's deal non-guaranteed and Bassey and Niang only partially guaranteed.
Coach Steve Kerr has already said Williams will stick as the backup point guard, and Bassey's familiarity with the roster plus Kristaps Porzingis' uncertain health make him likely to survive cuts too. That leaves Terry and Niang fighting for the final spot.
