Trade idea sends Grayson Allen to LA for Vanderbilt, Hardy

A hypothetical swap would send Grayson Allen from Charlotte to the Lakers in exchange for Jarred Vanderbilt and Jaden Hardy's expiring $6M salary. Allen shot 40.3% from three for his career and ranked 12th in the league in threes made last season with Phoenix.

Charlotte only just acquired Allen from Phoenix as part of the Miles Bridges deal this summer. The idea argues the Hornets have a wing logjam and would rather offload his $18.1M and $19.3M salaries over the next two seasons.
