Trade idea reunites Doncic with Washington and Jones in LA

A three-team trade proposal would send PJ Washington and Derrick Jones Jr. to the Lakers, reuniting them with former Mavericks teammate Luka Doncic.

Dallas would get Jarred Vanderbilt and Jake LaRavia back to shed Washington's long-term salary, while the Clippers would collect Jaden Hardy, Dalton Knecht and a 2029 second-round pick for facilitating the deal.

The pitch frames Washington or Jones as an immediate fix for a thin Lakers wing rotation, with no reporting behind it beyond the proposal itself.
