Toohey returns to Golden State on Exhibit 10 deal

Alex Toohey will rejoin the Warriors for training camp on an Exhibit 10 contract, a source tells Anthony Slater of ESPN.

The 6'7" forward signed a two-way deal last September but missed the season with a left knee injury, appearing only twice for Santa Cruz before being waived in December when Golden State added Malevy Leons.

Toohey played in this year's Summer League and could earn up to $91K if he spends 60 days with Santa Cruz under the new deal. The signing fills Golden State's offseason roster limit of 21 players.
