Three-team pitch would send Sabonis to Toronto, Poeltl to LA

A hypothetical three-team trade would send Domantas Sabonis from Sacramento to Toronto, with Jakob Poeltl landing at the Clippers and RJ Barrett, Max Strus and Ja'Kobe Walter going to the Kings.

NBA insider Jake Fischer reported that Toronto and Sacramento held serious talks on Sabonis before last February's deadline, though those collapsed over Poeltl's contract.

The Clippers would take on Poeltl to replace Ivica Zubac, while Toronto's 2029 second-round pick would sweeten the deal for Los Angeles. Sabonis is coming off knee surgery that limited him to 19 games last season.
