Three-team idea sends Claxton to Lakers, Turner to Bulls

A proposed three-team trade would send Nic Claxton from Chicago to the Lakers as insurance behind Walker Kessler, alongside Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves.

Myles Turner would move from Milwaukee to Chicago as its new starter, while the Bucks absorb Isaac Okoro, Jarred Vanderbilt and Dalton Knecht to shed Turner's deal. The Bulls would also get Jericho Sims and Jaden Hardy from Los Angeles, trimming the Lakers' roster from 16 to 14.

A separate proposal from Basketnews' Edvinas Kuzas would send Julius Randle from Brooklyn and Sims from Milwaukee to the Lakers. Brooklyn would receive Kyle Kuzma, Vanderbilt, Jake LaRavia and two second-round picks, while Milwaukee gets Terance Mann, Sandro Mamukelashvili, Knecht and Bronny James.

Randle was only recently dealt from Minnesota to Brooklyn, so Kuzas suggests any such move would likely wait until later in the season.
