Speculation ties Curry to possible late-career trade request

Nick Friedell of The Athletic writes that the league is wondering whether Stephen Curry's mindset could shift after an offseason that brought little roster improvement, with fans and media speculating he might ask out in the final year or two of his career.

Friedell adds that it remains hard to picture, given how consistently Curry has said he wants to stay in Golden State. The Warriors missed on LeBron James in free agency and used the No. 11 pick on Yaxel Lendeborg.
