Celtics made trade inquiry on three-time All-Star

Sacramento and Boston had at least one phone call about Domantas Sabonis ahead of the draft, ESPN's Anthony Slater reported, with nothing coming of it.

Charlotte held predraft conversations too, and Toronto and Detroit were also linked. Sabonis is owed $45.5 million next season and $48.6 million the year after, and Slater said he has shown a willingness to recommit to the Kings.
