Bucks among teams eyeing Nuggets' Peyton Watson
Milwaukee remains interested in a sign-and-trade for restricted free agent Peyton Watson, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reported Thursday, though league sources expect the Bucks to resist parting with a first-round pick as they rebuild their asset base after dealing Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Atlanta, Cleveland and the Clippers are also said to be watching. Denver has reportedly dropped its asking price to a first and a notable player. The Bucks are hard-capped at the first apron but hold a $25.5 million trade exception from the Antetokounmpo deal.
