Raptors waive Jemison, a familiar frontcourt name for LA
Toronto has waived center Trey Jemison III, who spent part of last season on a Lakers two-way deal. He appeared in just one preseason game for the Raptors before the release.
Sportsnet's Blake Murphy reports Jemison recently suffered a hand injury, clouding his immediate availability. The item notes no indication the Lakers are actually pursuing a reunion, even as they continue sorting out depth behind Walker Kessler.
