Podcast pitch has Spurs sending Fox to Warriors for Curry
On his All The Smoke podcast, former NBA player Stephen Jackson pitched a trade sending Stephen Curry from Golden State to San Antonio to pair with Victor Wembanyama, with De'Aaron Fox and draft capital going back to the Warriors.
Jackson argued the Spurs have enough draft capital and young talent in Dylan Harper and Stephon Castle to complete the deal without giving up either of them. San Antonio has already denied rumors about moving Fox.
Curry is in the final year of his contract and has not signed an extension, which is fueling the speculation, but nothing beyond the podcast suggests either team or Curry is pursuing it.
