Pistons sign-and-waive Garcia, Jihad to route them to Motor City Cruise

Detroit signed and waived forwards Dawson Garcia and Basheer Jihad, Spotrac's Keith Smith reports. Both are on Exhibit 10 deals meant to send them to the G League's Motor City Cruise.

Garcia already spent time with the Cruise last season, while Jihad played for Atlanta's affiliate. Each can earn up to $91K in bonuses on top of their G League salary if they stay with Detroit's affiliate at least 60 days.
