Peavy, Hawkins, Murray face Memphis' roster crunch

Micah Peavy's ankle injury will keep him out of camp, leaving him a likely cut as Memphis trims from 18 standard contracts to 15, according to Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.

Siegel names Jordan Hawkins and Kris Murray as also at risk, while Walter Clayton is expected to make the roster behind a deep backcourt. Siegel adds the Grizzlies hope to keep Isaiah Stewart well beyond this season and views Jerami Grant as a possible midseason trade candidate.
