Oubre says Haliburton bond and pace sealed his move to Indiana

Kelly Oubre Jr. told HoopsHype's Cyro Asseo that his friendship with Tyrese Haliburton, built through shared agents and workouts with trainer Drew Hanlen, was a major factor in signing with the Pacers.

Oubre said Indiana's fast-paced system fits his game better than Philadelphia's slower approach last season. He also said he does not expect Haliburton, recovering from an Achilles injury, to return at full strength immediately, but wants to help him get there.
