Nuggets exploring Peyton Watson sign-and-trade with three teams
ESPN's Shams Charania reports that Denver is talking with multiple clubs about a sign-and-trade for Peyton Watson, with Cleveland, Milwaukee and the Clippers said to have interest.
Watson also has the option of returning to the Nuggets by accepting a one-year qualifying offer worth roughly $6.5 million. Denver, currently the league's only second-apron team, added Lonnie Walker on a one-year deal Wednesday. Nothing is finalized at this stage.
