Mazzulla says George looks fully healthy in Celtics camp

Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla said Paul George has had a strong training camp physically and looked good in his preseason outing, according to MassLive's Souichi Terada.

George, acquired in Boston's offseason trade with Philadelphia, has dealt with injuries in recent seasons and said he feels great again. Mazzulla added the team will manage his workload through the year.

Separately, Devin Carter is viewed as the favorite for Boston's last two-way spot after a strong preseason game against Cleveland, despite being sick recently. Carter, waived by Atlanta before camp, signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Celtics.
