Dallas has fully guaranteed Moussa Cisse's $2,185,116 salary for 2026/27 after the October 1 deadline passed, Marc Stein reports, confirming earlier reporting from Mike Curtis of the Dallas Morning News. The deal had already become partially guaranteed for $1,092,558 once Cisse stayed on the roster through September 1.
