Lendeborg twists ankle vs Lakers but doesn't expect it to linger

Warriors rookie Yaxel Lendeborg twisted his left ankle driving to the basket in Tuesday's preseason win over the Lakers. He stayed in to shoot two free throws before Golden State fouled to get him out, and he did not return.

ESPN's Anthony Slater reported Lendeborg called it a painful twist but didn't think it would linger, planning to check how it felt the next day. He finished with 17 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals in 26 minutes as Golden State won 101-89.
