Lakers waive Ross, Johnson; add Kyle and Swider on Exhibit 10s

The Lakers waived guards Chase Ross and Meechie Johnson Jr. less than two weeks after signing them to Exhibit 10 deals. In their place, Los Angeles added forwards William Kyle III and Cole Swider on Exhibit 10 contracts of their own.

Ross and Johnson could still land with the G League's Coachella Valley Lakers, though neither has been announced there yet. The moves follow a similar sign-and-waive with forward Anton Watson earlier this month, as the Lakers fill out their 21-man camp roster before Luka Doncic's first full training camp with the team.
