Knicks land Jose Alvarado from Pelicans in two-pick deal

New Orleans sent Jose Alvarado and Latavious Williams to New York for Dalen Terry, cash and two second-round picks, per the official transaction log.

The 2026 second was the least favorable of Orlando, Detroit and Milwaukee and landed as Detroit's, later used on Jaron Pierre Jr. The 2027 second is the second-most favorable of Indiana, Miami, Houston and Oklahoma City. New York also picked up a trade exception.
