Kings floated as fit for free agent wing Cam Whitmore

Bleacher Report's Grant Hughes named Sacramento as a top landing spot for free agent Cam Whitmore, arguing a team with little to lose should take a flier on him.

Whitmore was waived by Cleveland and spent last season with Washington, averaging 9.2 points and 2.8 rebounds in 21 games. Hughes pointed to Sacramento's wing depth, led by Keegan Murray, as no obstacle to adding him. No talks between Whitmore and the Kings have been reported.
