Kessler, Sexton still sidelined as Lakers near opener

Keegan Murray made his Kings preseason debut after missing time with a lingering ankle issue, saying he's still managing it ahead of the regular season.

Lakers center Walker Kessler (jammed finger) and guard Collin Sexton (lower leg) have yet to play this preseason, with coach JJ Redick saying Los Angeles is 'not committed' to playing Kessler Tuesday and that Sexton trails further behind.

Luka Doncic, recovering from last season's hamstring strain, said he's using the injury as motivation for this season.
