Ingram to open season out with partial Achilles tear
Brandon Ingram, acquired by the Clippers in the Kawhi Leonard trade with Toronto, has a partially torn Achilles tendon and had heel surgery, agent Trent Redden told Law Murray of The Athletic. He will not be ready for the start of the regular season.
Murray also reported Bradley Beal is dealing with knee inflammation and won't be ready for camp, Yanic Konan Niederhauser won't be ready for opening night, and Jordan Miller is already out for the first half of the season with a shoulder issue.
