Dallas said to be holding firm on P.J. Washington asking price
The Mavericks are holding out for a first-round pick in any P.J. Washington trade, according to Jake Fischer of The Stein Line.
Marc Stein adds that new front office head Masai Ujiri is fond of Washington, who signed a four-year, $88.7 million extension last September. Daniel Gafford and Klay Thompson are also being talked about as Dallas sits one player over the roster limit.
