Cameron Payne heads to Turkey after NBA market dries up

Cameron Payne has signed a one-year deal with Anadolu Efes in Turkey, according to Sportando. The 32-year-old guard worked out for Sacramento in August but couldn't land another NBA contract.

He spent last season bouncing from Indiana's camp roster to Partizan in Serbia to Philadelphia, where he appeared in 20 games before a hamstring injury and a playoff waiver.
