Buha says he'd 'sign up' for Vanderbilt-Knecht deal for PJ Washington

Reporter Jovan Buha says he would happily take a Lakers trade sending Dalton Knecht and Jarred Vanderbilt, or Knecht plus three second-round picks, to Dallas for PJ Washington or Daniel Gafford.

Buha argued Washington fits better alongside the Lakers' starters than Gafford, and said Los Angeles is unlikely to include a first-round pick swap.

A separate proposal floated by Basketnews' Pijus Sapetka has Knecht, Vanderbilt and a 2032 second-round pick going to Dallas for Washington alone. Nothing has been reported as discussed between the two teams.
