Bucks could field calls on Myles Turner and Kel'el Ware
Yahoo Sports writer Kevin O'Connor argues that Milwaukee's two shooting bigs, Myles Turner and Kel'el Ware, make the team a natural trade-market target this season.
He names seven of his top-13 power-ranked teams as possible suitors: the Celtics, Knicks, Lakers, Pistons, Raptors, Sixers and Timberwolves, with the Bulls, Magic and Mavericks as fits if they're competitive.
Turner, 30, is in year two of a four-year, $109 million contract and is seen as the more obvious trade candidate after an underwhelming debut season in Milwaukee; O'Connor notes a strong first half could still boost his value.
Ware, 25, is still on his rookie deal and averaged 11.1 points, 9.0 rebounds and 1.1 blocks last season while shooting 39.5% from three.
No talks or offers are reported; this is O'Connor's own speculation about who might call Milwaukee ahead of the deadline.
