Branham gets an Exhibit 10 and a camp invite in Orlando

Malaki Branham has agreed to terms with the Magic, agent Deirunas Visockas told Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, and Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reports it is an Exhibit 10 deal, putting the guard in training camp with a shot at a roster spot.

The 20th pick in 2022 spent three years in San Antonio, was traded to Washington and then Charlotte, where he was waived four days later before finishing the season with the Cleveland Charge. Four years of service time make him ineligible for a two-way, and Orlando already carries 14 standard contracts.

Magic add Branham and Davison on Exhibit 10 camp deals

Orlando has signed guards Malaki Branham and JD Davison to Exhibit 10 contracts for training camp, the team announced. Branham was waived by Charlotte in February after stops in San Antonio and Washington, while Davison was cut by Houston last month following two-way stints in Boston and Houston.
